Muhammad Waqar / OSINT Researcher
OSINT Researcher & Cybersecurity Speaker
See what attackers see.
OSINT researcher. Security founder. Cybersecurity speaker.
Before an attacker touches your network, they study what's already public. I do that work first. I look for what a person or an organization has left exposed, then explain it in a way people can act on. I speak to tech teams, cybersecurity communities, and startup founders, in person or online, wherever the conversation is happening.

01 / The person behind the work
OSINT researcher.Cybersecurity speaker.
I'm Muhammad Waqar, an OSINT researcher and investigator. Most of my work starts with one question: what can someone learn about this person, or this company, using nothing but public information? The answer is almost always more than anyone expected.
That's why I find OSINT so compelling. An old employee profile, a forgotten subdomain, a reused username, a photo with the wrong thing in the background. None of it looks dangerous alone. Put it together and it becomes a map an attacker can follow.
I carry that same view into rooms full of people who build and protect technology: students, security teams, and startup founders. I've spoken about how to build and scale a startup, how to secure your digital future, how cyber security works for people outside the field, and cyber security for women. I keep every talk plain and practical. If you walk out with one habit you'll actually change, it did its job.
“Attackers don’t need to break in if we leave the door open.”
Currently
Alongside research and speaking, I'm the founder and CEO of Black Byt3, where we work on offensive security, AI-powered defense, and cyber resilience.
FIG 0.1
“Most organizations spend heavily on tools and still miss the simplest question: what can an attacker already learn about us without touching a single system?”
That is the gap I work in. I look at security from the attacker's side, starting with what's already visible, and then work out how to close it. On stage, I bring the same approach to audiences who aren't always security specialists. They deserve clear explanations and steps they can take the same day.
Bring this perspective to your next event.
02 / Talks
From the stage.
Conversations with students, founders, and security communities. Each one was a different room, and each one taught me something about what people actually need to hear.
